FULL PAPER SUBMISSION & ABSTRACT UPDATE (Closed)

Notice

  • The academic committee has begun sending back the results of peer-reviewing for full papers. We sincerely apologize for the delay. The authors who are requested to revise their papers have to re-submit a revised paper corresponding to the reviewers’ comment by June 10th via EasyChair system. Please contact the academic committee in case you have not received the result before May 31st. (May 27th, 2018)
  • The academic committee requested all the authors to revise their abstracts, which were submitted at the end of last year, up until to March 31st. However, some abstracts still remain without enough or any revision. The academic committee will send further request for revision to the affected authors in several days. Please re-submit the revised abstract by following the instruction via EasyChair system before June 15th.  (May 27th, 2018)
  • Full Paper submission & Abstract Update were closed on April 15th, 2018. (April 18th, 2018)

The authors who want to publish their full papers in the conference proceedings have to go through a peer-reviewed process of full papers. Only the authors whose abstract has passed the peer-reviewing process are able to submit their full paper. The abstracts submission has been closed on 18th December, 2017.

In addition, please be aware that the publication of abstracts and full papers are available only for the authors with conference registration.

The instructions how to prepare and format your paper for the digital submittal are explained in the standard format MS-Word file below. Please make sure to read and follow them carefully. Please use this guide and template for your paper submission.

If you have any questions about this formatting, please contact us via academic@iphs2018.jp.  Please do not forget to upload your paper to EasyChair. The deadline for Full Paper Submission for Peer Review is 31st March 15th April, 2018. The submitted full papers will go on the peer-reviewing track after that, and you will receive the result on mid-May. The deadline for Final Full Paper Submission for Publication is 10th June, 2018.

Your paper should contain no less than 3000 words and should not exceed 4000 words (excluding abstract, notes, and bibliography). In addition, the document length for a paper must NOT exceed 12 PAGES, including references.


How to update your Abstract. 

1) Login to IPHS 2018 EasyChair. 
2) Confirm your submission number and click “information” on the right side of your paper title.
3) You can confirm your abstract submission and click “Update information” in the upper right.
4) Then you can re-enter your abstract text and keywords.
5) After you finish revising your text, push the red button on the lower left [Update information].



How to upload your Full Paper for Peer Review. (Optional for participation)

1) Login to IPHS 2018 EasyChair.
2) Confirm your submission number and click “information” on the right side of your paper title.
3) You can confirm your abstract submission and click “Update files” in the upper right.
4) Then you can upload your full paper following the instructions on the screen.
